Act like a kid today?...
1. Do a cartwheel.
2. Sing into your hairbrush.
3. Walk barefoot in wet grass.
4. Play a song you like really loud, over and over.
5. Dot all your “i”s with smiley faces.
6. Read the funnies. Throw the rest of the paper away.
7. Dunk your cookies.
8. Play a game where you make up the rules as you go along.
9. Step carefully over sidewalk cracks.
10. Change into some play clothes.
11. Try to get someone to trade you a better sandwich.
12. Eat ice cream for breakfast.
13. Kiss a frog, just in case.
14. Blow the wrapper off a straw.
15. Have someone read you a story.
16. Find some pretty stones and save them.
17. Wear your favorite shirt with you favorite pants even if they don’t match.
18. Take a running jump over a big puddle.
19. Get someone to buy you something you really don’t need.
20. Hide your vegetables under your napkin.
21. Stay up past your bedtime.
22. Eat dessert first.
23. Fuss a little, then take a nap.
24. Wear red gym shoes.
25. Put way too much sugar on your cereal.
26. Make cool screeching noises every time you turn a corner.
27. Giggle a lot for no reason.
28. Give yourself a gold star for everything you do today.

Craig is my son-in-law. He is a really good guy. I know I can always count on Craig. He is a good Husband to Lindsey and a good Father to Hunter and Cole. If you know Craig you know that he loves to Hunt and Fish...He also likes to take his family camping. I think Craig would be happy living like Jeremiah Johnson...living in a little cabin in the mountains and eating what you hunt. Lindsey on the other hand...does not like to eat anything that Craig hunts or catches. Things I love about Craig...Greg...or Roger:
His Humor...
His Smile...
His Love for His Wife...
His Love for His Children...
His Willingness to Help...
His Love for His Mother...
His Hunting Skills...
His Fishing Skills...
Maybe one day my family will have to rely on Craig to Hunt and Fish for all of us.
You better keep practicing Craig, Greg, Roger...
Just in case you don't know why Craig has so many names. Grandma Kokjer always calls him Greg Hill, and Grandma Petersen always writes their Christmas Card to Lindsey and Roger...That's funny!

You're The Poisonwood Bible!
by Barbara Kingsolver
Deeply rooted in a religious background, you have since become both
isolated and schizophrenic. You were naively sure that your actions would help people,
but of course they were resistant to your message and ultimately disaster ensued. Since
you can see so many sides of the same issue, you are both wise beyond your years and
tied to worthless perspectives. If you were a type of waffle, it would be
Belgian.
Take the Book Quiz
at the Blue Pyramid.

Ty and Carrie are in Aspen for their 10 year Anniversary...so I am watching their kids. Lindsey and I took Madi, Jacob, Owen, Cole, Harley and Ashton (Hunter was at Cub Country) to see Kung Fu Panda, then it was off to McDonalds for a Happy Meal...(in case you don't know you get a toy from Kung Fu Panda in each Happy Meal)...then we took our luch to the park. After the kids finished their lunch it was off to the playground. Everyone was having a good time swinging and sliding and playing on the playground when...the sprinklers came on! Everyone started running!!! Since the kids were already wet they decided to keep running through the sprinklers. I am pretty sure everyone had a really good time!
Since everyone was already wet...Why Not?...
Good Way to cool off...
Oh yeah...
Having fun swinging...
Madi on the Monkey bars..Owen on the slide...
Coliepop...
Owen deep in thought...
Jacob playing...

Some of the Kids and Grandkids came over to the Old Folks Center (That's where I live) They had a good time playing on the playground while waiting for our dinner to finish cooking. What's better than watching children play? They were having a contest to see who could stay on the pole the longest. I am Happy to annouce that Madi won that contest hands down...she could have stayed on the pole forever...Maybe she is part Monkey...No I think that is Cole!...Or maybe he just looks like a little monkey! Have you ever noticed that Cole looks just like Curious George?

Hunter playing Goalie...
Soccer is over for the Spring Season...I will miss watching Hunter and Cole running around the soccer field. Hunter is becoming quit the little soccer player...Cole however just follows the group sometimes the opposing group. He tells his Mom "I'm really not into soccer!" I think he just liked the treats! How I will miss those days! Oh, well there is always next season...

Cole relaxing after a hard day fishing...
Hunter and Cole on the boat...Whats with those haircuts?...
Ty crossing the finish line...Yeah for Ty!
The Cheerleaders...
Eating pancakes and waiting for their Daddy to bicycle in...
What a weekend! Started on Friday with Lindsey, Hunter, Cole, Madi, Jacob and Owen
swimming at my house, then it was off to a Pizza Party to celebrate Austin's Birthday! Then Madi, Jacob and Owen spent the night at my house so that Ty and Carrie could get ready for Ty's race. Ty did his 1st Triathlon this weekend. It was the Battle at Midway (BAM). I got the kids up bright and early...fast stop at McDonalds for some hotcakes and we were off to the race. We got to Soldier Hollow at about 7:15 and got to see Ty come in on the bicycle course...then off to the run.
What a neat experience to watch Ty finish something he has been training so hard for. I am so so proud of him and his accomplishment! I wish I had just a little bit of his motivation. Then it was off camping with Lindsey and Craig. They just bought a new camping trailer and they were nice enough to invite me to go along...so it was back up the canyon to Strawberry Reservoir...where we had lots of fun. Craig rented a pontoon boat to do some fishing...It was a fun day! Now I need a rest from a busy weekend!
